Beyond portable filtration: an engineering-led, statewide approach to indoor air quality improvement in public spaces

This presentation shares progress from the Pathway to Clean Indoor Air (PCIA) project, a multi-building retrofit study underway across Victoria. The talk will reflect on the feasibility constraints and scale-up challenges encountered when implementing IAQ interventions in existing building stock, and will share early insights into the performance of decentralised ventilation and filtration technologies in real-world settings.
