Die Hard is about one person in a building who actually knows what’s going on, while everyone else operates on false assumptions. Joe’s body of work is essentially that story: practitioners doing their best with incomplete information, codes that don’t capture the real risk, and a moisture problem that keeps finding its way in regardless.
