A Standard Is Born

The proposed Part 5 has not been written yet, which is precisely the opening. This is not a session about inserting a dewpoint limit against a finished draft. It is about a standard still being formed, and what can be written in from the start. It also raises the obvious question. Why Part 5 rather than amending Part 2? A moisture limit inside the ventilation standard would require that committee to rewrite its own scope first, which may make a separate technical specification the realistic route rather than the softer one.
